About Me

True wellness isn’t just about eating “clean” or pushing yourself harder.

For years, I thought being healthy meant being disciplined. I counted calories to look a certain way. I worked out constantly. I followed strict food rules. I tried to be consistent, controlled, and “on track” — because I believed that was what being healthy looked like.

From the outside, it looked like I had it together.

But internally? I was obsessing.

Food took up constant mental space. My workouts felt rigid. If I was “on,” I was perfect. If I slipped, I spiraled. I lived in all-or-nothing cycles with food and fitness — and no matter how hard I tried, I never truly felt healthy.

I told myself I just needed more discipline.

But the truth was, my “healthy habits” were rooted in control.

And control was keeping me stuck.

The more I tried to fix my body, the more disconnected I felt from it. The more I tried to perfect my routine, the more chaotic it felt internally. I was high-achieving in every area of my life — except I couldn’t stop obsessing over food and my body.

Everything changed when I stopped trying to control my body — and started learning how to support it.

Through my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and my own healing journey, I realized something powerful:

Being truly healthy isn’t about perfection.

It’s about stabilizing your nervous system.
Supporting your metabolism.
Nourishing your body consistently.
Moving in ways that build strength — not punishment.
Letting go of rigid food rules that keep you in a stress response.

When I stopped restricting and overexercising, my body finally felt safe. When I learned how to nourish myself consistently, food stopped feeling chaotic. When my stress physiology stabilized, my confidence returned.

That’s when I stopped obsessing.
That’s when I finally felt calm.
That’s when I felt healthy in my own skin.

This is why my coaching exists.
