I know this because I lived it.

For years, I cycled through the same exhausting patterns I now help women break free from. I struggled with disordered eating, all-or-nothing thinking, rigid food rules, and the constant swing between restriction and shame. I battled low self-worth, anxiety, poor body image, and a relationship with myself that felt fragile at best.

Even when I looked like I “had it together,” inside I felt disconnected, stressed, and stuck.

Everything felt out of alignment — and no diet, routine, or surface-level habit ever fixed it.

It wasn’t until I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition that everything finally clicked.

When the things off your plate aren’t aligned, your relationship with food, your body, and ultimately yourself will always feel chaotic.
